About Me

I am a Proposals and Communications Specialist with over twenty years’ experience in the proposal and communications space, including significant construction and infrastructure delivery experience.

Prior to establishing myself as a freelance proposal specialist, I was employed by two Tier 1 contractors and led internal proposal teams on major projects with values over $1B. I was also employed by an environmental and communications management consultancy and, during this time, I managed my first proposals.

My experience has provided me with a wide range of exposure to proposal size, scope and industries.

As a result, my skillset has grown to include proposal management; facilitation of strategic workshops – messaging, content development and review; client and competitor analysis to develop strategic advantage; development and integration of proposal win themes/strategic messaging; proposal writing – content development and editing (I am an executive summary specialist); coaching for client presentations/workshops and development and project management of corporate collateral.

I bring a highly efficient style that optimises productivity and outputs. My ability to communicate complex concepts in a compelling and competitive way is matched by my analysis of client drivers and competitors to identify winning messages and strategies.
