Communication Expertise

I bring extensive communication, writing and editing expertise founded on previous roles as a Senior Communications Manager for large infrastructure projects including Sydney Water’s Priority Sewerage Program and the Sydney Desalination Plant.

The focus of these roles was to manage external stakeholder relationships using tailored communication and consultation strategies.

I offer the following skillset and expertise:

Stakeholder engagement and management including development and implementation of community consultation and communication initiatives
Writing expertise including development of community and corporate collateral (newsletters, on-line information, FAQs, other information tools)
Technical writing expertise including the development of management plans across all project disciplines
Corporate writing expertise including development of procedures and internal stakeholder communications.

Recent projects include:

Prepared complete management suite - all management plans including security, maintenance, safety, quality, stakeholder engagement, others, for privately owned transport operator
Author/project manager for the Rail Track Association Australia’s (RTAA) publication, In Her Words – Stories from Women in Rail (see www.rtaa.org.au).
